未来中国新经济发展需要创业板,创业板最重要的意义不在于筹措资金支持中小企业的发展,而在于制度创新。当今,方正、四通、联想的发展,成功就是很好的例证。他们都是科技人员创办的,在技术方面有专长,在管理、资本运作方面他们当初未必有很深的了解,但他们抓住了机遇在香港上市,借助证券市场规范发展,便实现了今天与国际的顺利接轨,这种接轨表现在品牌、机制、管理等诸多方面。
The future development of China’s new economy needs the GEM, the most important significance of GEM is not to raise funds to support the development of SMEs, but rather institutional innovation.
