“工地结帐”就是把结算工资工作搬到工地去做,这个办法是公路总局第三工程局四处、四队财务、工务、材料、劳资等单位共同研究提出来的。这个办法又快又好,每收方一结束,工资就可以发下,二至三天内就能把表报送出,不仅大大缩短结束工资工作,而且推动了成本分析和经济活动。具体做法是丈量组走在前面,计算审核组跟上,结帐组捎尾。每月收方的时候,由工人代表、工长、工务、财务、材料、劳资等人员组成“工地结帐”小组。作如下分工: ①丈量组——3人(2个工人代表、1个工长),负责量方,一人记录,二人量。②计算审核组——4人(工务2人、劳资1人、材料1人),工务员负责计算和图表核对,材料员负责材料核对,劳资员负责审核工时、出勤等。
