[目的]观察小鼠性成熟期前不同发育阶段睾丸中生精细胞、支持细胞、睾丸间质细胞的超微结构特征,为探讨3种生殖细胞在发育过程中的形态学结构变化及相互关系提供实验依据。[方法]取生后5d、10d、20d雄性小鼠睾丸,制片后经透射电镜观察并拍片记录。[结果]生后5~7d,生精小管管腔小,细胞排列呈单层,仅有精原细胞和幼稚的支持细胞,睾丸间质细胞极少。生后10d,小管管腔增大,细胞排列呈2~3层,精原细胞出现增殖分化,支持细胞、睾丸间质细胞开始发育。生后20d,小管细胞层数增多,出现各级生精细胞和胞质间桥及变态发育中的精子;支持细胞、间质细胞发育成熟。[结论]生精细胞的发育具有明显的规律性,不同发育阶段表现出不同的细胞组合,且间质细胞、支持细胞的结构成熟先于生精细胞的分化,表明生精细胞的发育受间质细胞、支持细胞的共同影响。
[Objective] To observe the ultrastructural features of spermatogenic cells, supporting cells and testicular stroma cells in testis of different developmental stages before sexual maturation in mice. To investigate the morphological changes and correlations of the three kinds of germ cells during development Provide experimental basis. [Methods] The testes of male mice were taken at 5d, 10d and 20d after birth and were observed by transmission electron microscopy and photographed. [Results] The seminiferous tubules were small in lumen and arranged in a monolayer 5 to 7 days after birth. There were only spermatogonia and naive supporting cells with few testicular stromal cells. 10d after birth, small tube lumen increased, cells arranged in 2 to 3 layers, spermatogonial cells proliferation and differentiation, support cells, testicular stromal cells began to develop. 20d after birth, the number of tubule cells increased, there spermatogenic cells and cytoplasm at all levels and abnormal development of sperm; supporting cells, stromal cells mature. [Conclusion] The development of spermatogenic cells has obvious regularity. Different developmental stages show different combinations of cells, and the structure of stromal cells and supporting cells mature prior to the differentiation of spermatogenic cells, indicating that the development of spermatogenic cells is between The common influence of stromal cells and supporting cells.
