吴某,女,10岁,于1998年8月5日被邻居的小狗咬伤左下肢,伤口经适当处理后,当日来我站购1份浓缩人用狂犬疫苗(5支)。按第1、4、8、15、30天规定的免疫程序注射,当注射第3针的第2天,患儿发热、头痛、双下肢酸痛,行走乏力,皮肤奇痒等。体检:发育一般,痛苦面容,体温38.3℃。颈软,心肺听诊正常,全身发生数十块不规则片状红斑样皮疹,左下肢小腿部有两小点犬咬伤口已结痂,疫苗注射部位皮肤无异常。家长提供该儿体质差,平常易感冒、头晕等过去史,近日来未用过其他药品,未吃过致敏食物,否认有过敏史。诊为注射狂犬病疫苗过敏反应,给予强的松、维生素C、扑尔敏、维乐生等药口服。服药后第2天,患儿除皮疹部分消退,痒感减轻外,余
