输精管可复性注射栓堵法是由山西省人民医院赵生才于1984年研究成功的一种具有安全、高效、可复、简便,经济的男性节育方法。由于其不切开阴囊皮肤、不切断输精管,注射就能节育等优点,很易为广大群众接受。我所自1989年推广此项技术以来,绝大多数受术者反映良好,但也存在并发症。我所自1989年5月至1990年5月,共行输精管可复性注射栓堵术2,467例,同期收治术后并发症47例。本文对47例术后并发症的手术情况和发病原因进行回顾性分析。
