单独注射10IU或100IUHCG后大鼠睾丸组织LH/HCG受体显著减少,注射3小时内离体睾丸对外源HCG的刺激未见有睾丸酮含量升高的反应。然而,上述现象的本质在长期大剂量LH或HCG刺激睾丸酮的实验中还没有解释。本实验通过测定大鼠血浆睾丸酮的水平,睾丸结合标记的HCG、以及在离体条件下睾丸对促性腺激素刺激而产生睾丸酮的能力,来研究HCG慢性处理对大鼠睾丸间质细胞功能的影响。结果表明,在Sprague—Dawley大鼠首次注射100IUHCG24小时后,HCG结合到睾丸匀浆明
LH / HCG receptor of testicular tissue was significantly reduced in rats injected with 10IU or 100IUHCG alone. There was no response of testosterone to exogenous HCG stimulated by isolated testes within 3 hours. However, the nature of the above phenomenon has not been explained in the experiments of long-term high-dose LH or HCG stimulation of testosterone.
