创造有正大气象的中国现代艺术文化 ,是现代中国艺术界的主题。但在艺术教育及创作领域 ,存在文化意识缺失的现状 ,严重影响了我国艺术的健康发展。深入探讨新时期我国中学艺术教育改革与发展的具体问题 ,应通过对基础教育现状的分析 ,以文化继承与创造为根本出发点 ,以文化在教育实践中的全面介入为途径。
It is the theme of the modern Chinese art community to create a modern Chinese art culture with an honest atmosphere. However, in the field of art education and creation, there is a lack of cultural awareness, which has seriously affected the healthy development of Chinese art.
