采用碱液吸收法对苏北泥质海岸15年生水杉(Metasequoia glyptostroboides Hu&Cheng)林地的土壤异养呼吸进行了测定。结果表明:水杉林地2—10月土壤异养呼吸速率CO2变化范围为4.72~12.87 g/(m2.d),最大值出现在7月,最小值出现在2月。土壤温度是影响土壤异养呼吸的主要因子,温度变化能够解释土壤异养呼吸季节变化的62.1%~70.9%,土壤含水量与土壤异养呼吸的关系不显著。利用林内气温及地表下2、5、10 cm处的土壤温度得到水杉林地的Q10值分别为1.00、1.59、1.55、1.54。
Soil heterotrophic respiration of 15-year-old Metasequoia glyptostroboides Hu & Cheng forests in northern Jiangsu was measured by alkali absorption method. The results showed that the CO2 conversion range of soil heterotrophic respiration in the period from February to October in the forest was 4.72-12.87 g / (m2.d), the maximum appeared in July and the minimum appeared in February. Soil temperature is the main factor affecting soil heterotrophic respiration. The temperature change can explain 62.1% -70.9% of the seasonal variation of soil heterotrophic respiration. The relationship between soil water content and soil heterotrophic respiration is insignificant. The Q10 values of Metasequoia glyptostroboides forest were 1.00, 1.59, 1.55 and 1.54, respectively, using the temperature in the forest and the soil temperature at the site of 2, 5 and 10 cm above the surface.
