在兄弟厂的先进经验启发和哈尔滨焊接研究所的帮助下,我厂广大职工高举鞍钢宪法的旗帜,发扬自力更生,艰苦奋斗的精神,大搞技术革新和技术革命,用七个月的时间试制并投产了粉末烧结双金属整元推力轴瓦(图1),轴瓦与止推边的连接采用了摩擦焊接结构的新工艺,摩擦焊接原理见图2,生产工艺流程见图3。
Inspired by the advanced experience of Brother Factory and the help of Harbin Welding Research Institute, the vast majority of workers in our factory uphold the banner of Anshan Iron and Steel Constitution, carry forward the spirit of self-reliance and hard work, vigorously promote technological innovation and technological revolution, with a trial of seven months The production of powder sintered bimetallic integral thrust bearing (Figure 1), bearing bush and thrusting the connection using friction welding structure of the new technology, friction welding principle shown in Figure 2, the production process shown in Figure 3.
