肾上腺皮质类固醇激素（SASH）对人体重要的物质代谢有调控作用。恶性肿瘤的发展会导致神经内分泌系统许多变化，包括肾上腺皮质的活性，在现为糖皮质激素（GC）活性增高栩盐皮质激素（MC）活性的减弱。研究串门上型喉癌（SGC）患乔治疗前后的SASH变化有望为病因治疗提供基础。
Adrenal corticosteroid (SASH) on the regulation of important human metabolism. The development of malignancies leads to many changes in the neuroendocrine system, including the activity of the adrenal cortex, which is now attenuated by increased activity of glucocorticoid (GC) and mineralocorticoid (MC). Studying SASH changes before and after treatment of patients with supratentorial laryngeal cancer (SGC) is expected to provide the basis for the treatment of etiology.
