以黄瓜嫁接苗根系为研究对象,分别采用土培法和雾培法对其进行生根,对比分析了嫁接苗初生根时间、根长、根体积、根系数量、根重、根系活力、伤流液体积。结果表明:与土培生根法相比,采用雾培法生根黄瓜嫁接苗根系生长发育提前2d,生根率提高3.78%,根系活力提高31%,根长、根数量、根体积、根干重分别是土培生根法的1.44、1.49、2.38、1.72倍,伤流液体积是土培生根法的1.52倍,因此与土培生根法相比,采用雾培生根法黄瓜嫁接苗根系生长更早,根系活力更强,根系生长更快速,更有利于黄瓜嫁接苗的生长发育。
The roots of cucumber grafted seedlings were used as experimental materials, and rooting was carried out by soil culture and fog culture respectively. The rooting time, root length, root volume, root number, root weight, root vigor, wound fluid volume. The results showed that the root growth rate was 3.78% and the root activity was increased by 31%.
