结合长沙地铁1号线下穿新中路立交桥的实际工程,采用数值计算和现场监测相结合的方法,分析旋喷桩对盾构侧穿邻近桥桩时的加固效果。经计算和实测数据对比,表明由于对桩基进行旋喷桩的隔离加固,使得地表的横向沉降槽与传统的横向沉降槽有明显区别;同时靠近桥桩的地层水平位移明显减少。此外,由于旋喷桩的保护桩基作用,大大减少了盾构掘进对地表以及桥墩沉降的影响。
Combined with the actual project of Changsha Metro Line 1 passing through the Xinzhong Road overpass, the method of combining numerical calculation with on-site monitoring was adopted to analyze the reinforcement effect of the jet grouting pile on the side-by-side abutment of the shield. The comparison between calculated and measured data shows that the horizontal settlement of the surface is obviously different from that of the conventional horizontal settlement trench due to the isolation and reinforcement of the pile by the jet grouting pile. Meanwhile, the horizontal displacement of the formation near the bridge piles decreases obviously. In addition, the effect of shield tunneling on the settlement of the earth’s surface and bridge piers is greatly reduced due to the function of the pile foundation protected by jet grouting pile.
