1983年7月9~11日,我部某连发生一起细菌性痢疾(简称菌痢)爆发,3日内发病24例,经调查证实系由于食物污染所致.现报告如下.调查结果一、流行特点1. 罹病率:该连103人,发病24例,罹病率为23.3%.重点调查的干部、战士,罹病率分别为14.3%(1/7)、24.0%(23/96).该连男97人,发病22例,罹病率为22.7%;女6人,发病2例,罹病率为33.3%.2. 时间分布:7月9日18时出现首例病人后,发病几乎同时波及到8个班(全连
From July 9 to July 11, 1983, a series of bacterial dysentery (bacillary dysentery) broke out in some department of our department, 24 cases were found within 3 days, which was confirmed by investigation due to food contamination. The report is as follows. Characteristics 1. Morbidity: The number of 103 people is 24, and the morbidity rate is 23.3%.
