笔者在检修一辆桑塔纳轿车起动机不能起动故障时,按照常规诊断为起动机损坏(该车在别的修理厂换过碳刷及磁力开关,并保养过多次),便为该车换上了一台新的起动机,当时试用效果很好。然而,时隔一个月便又出现了间隔性不能起动故障,有时需开起动开关3～4次方可起动,起动机电磁开关有时有响声有时没有,有时听见磁力开关有响声马达也不转动,当时判断为蓄电池至起动机接柱接触不良造成,遂重新接好
