中央政法委员会研究室与最高人民法院、最高人民检察院研究室,辽宁、山西、湖南、浙江、福建、广东、贵州、上海、天津等地的政法委员会,中国法学会、北京大学法律系、中国人民大学法律系、中国政法大学,共同就“如何全面理解和正确贯彻邓小平同志‘两手抓’的思想”进行了调查研究,并召开了研讨会。在此基础上,中政委研究室撰写了这篇文章。

Central Political Science and Law Commission Research Office and the Supreme People’s Court, the Supreme People’s Procuratorate Laboratory, Liaoning, Shanxi, Hunan, Zhejiang, Fujian, Guangdong, Guizhou, Shanghai, Tianjin and other places of the Politics and Law Committee, China Law Society, Peking University Law Department, University Law Department and China University of Political Science and Law jointly conducted a study on “How to Understand and Correctly Implement Comrade Deng Xiaoping’s Two-handed Approach” and held a seminar.
