对三叶罗茨风机的逆流冷却进行分析,得出风机排气温度受容积效率、工作压力比、冷却气体与进气气体的流量比的影响。通过实例,将普通结构与采用逆流冷却结构的风机的排气温度进行了比较,给出容积效率的范围及冷却气体进气口位置的参考值。
The countercurrent cooling of the clover Roots blower is analyzed, and the result shows that the exhaust temperature of the blower fan is affected by volumetric efficiency, working pressure ratio and flow ratio of cooling gas to intake gas. By comparing the common structure with the exhaust temperature of the fan using the countercurrent cooling structure, the range of volumetric efficiency and the reference value of the cooling gas inlet are given.
