目的观察拟定的复合营养素配方对模拟失重大鼠骨代谢指标变化的影响。方法采用尾部悬吊法建立大鼠模拟失重模型,运用均匀设计方法对拟定的复合营养素配方进行优化,并在此基础上应用阳性对照法对优化后的配方进行实验验证。结果经均匀设计设计实验筛选出的复合营养素配方对模拟失重大鼠的多项骨生物力学指标、血生化指标以及骨密度均有改善作用,且绝大部分指标与阳性对照药物改善作用相近,甚至个别指标要优于阳性对照组。结论经优化后的复合营养素配方对模拟失重大鼠的骨丢失有改善效果。
Objective To observe the effects of the formulated formulas on the changes of bone metabolism in simulated weightless rats. Methods The rat model of simulated weight loss was established by tail suspension method. The formula of compound nutrient was optimized by the uniform design method. On the basis of this, the positive control method was used to verify the optimized formula.
