教学有法,教无定法,贵在得法。百年大计教育为本,教育是国之根本,关乎国家的未来。时代要求教育者应该培养出适应新时代发展的新型人才。教师的教学观念需要创新,需要转变。特别是课程改革后,对应用技术型高校的教学提出了新的要求,这需要教师转变观念,实行全方位的改革。在应用技术型高校英语教学中必须进行创新教学才能培养学生的英语兴趣和习惯。应用技术型高校转型中“双师双能型”英语教师队伍的现状总的来说还是比较乐观的,但是也出现了诸多问题。对应用技术型高校转型中“双师双能型”英语教师队伍的现状进行了全面论述,对向应用技术型高校转型中“双师双能型”英语教师队伍的培养模式进行了探讨。
