海拉尔盆地划分为多个次级断陷盆地,呼和湖凹陷、旧桥凹陷、贝尔凹陷等都是典型的断陷型聚煤盆地,其盆地内大多赋存厚、巨厚煤层,其形成过程和形成机理大多具有一致性。本文以较为典型的断陷型聚煤盆地呼和湖凹陷为例,着重探讨了巨厚煤层的形成机理和条件。
