根据我国在现有刻槽取样施工中使用的刻槽取样设备多为手持式刻槽取样机,在刻槽过程中,施工人员长期持有该设备劳动强度很大,刻槽效率也很低。当今坑探工程中急需一种新型实用的多方位刻槽取样设备,来降低施工人员的劳动强度,提高刻槽效率。本文主要介绍了DFW230多方位刻槽取样机的技术创新和结构特点,旨在促进多方位刻槽取样机向机械化的方向发展。
According to China’s existing groove sampling construction groove sampling equipment used mostly hand-held groove sampling machine, in the groove process, the construction workers long-term possession of the equipment labor-intensive, notching efficiency is very low. Today’s pit exploration project in urgent need of a new type of practical multi-directional groove sampling equipment to reduce the labor intensity of construction workers to improve the groove efficiency. This paper mainly introduces the technical innovation and structural features of the DFW230 multi-directional groove sampling machine, which aims to promote the multi-directional groove sampling machine to the direction of mechanization.
