研究了10%HCl、10%Na OH与3%H_2O_2共3种化学试剂对不同木粉质量分数PE基木塑复合材料(WPC,wood-plastic composites)的质量变化率、力学性能的影响。结果表明:3种化学试剂对WPC质量变化率、力学性能都有一定的影响,其中10%HCl溶液对WPC的质量变化率、力学性能影响最大,并且随着木塑复合材料中木粉质量分数的增加,木塑复合材料的质量变化率、力学性能损失越大;3种试剂主要是与木粉中的纤维素、半纤维素发生化学作用而影响WPC的质量。
The effects of 10% HCl, 10% NaOH and 3% H_2O_2 on the mass rate and mechanical properties of PE-based wood-plastic composites with different wood flour contents were studied. The results showed that the three kinds of chemical agents all had certain influence on the WPC mass change rate and mechanical properties. Among them, 10% HCl solution had the most significant effect on the WPC mass change rate and mechanical properties. With the WPC mass fraction , The rate of change of mass and the loss of mechanical properties of WPC composites are greater. The three reagents mainly affect the quality of WPC with the chemical action of cellulose and hemicellulose in wood flour.
