目的建立一种采用分子烙印技术识别分离甲磺酸伊马替尼及其类似物的方法。方法以酪氨酸激酶抑制剂甲磺酸伊马替尼为模板,采用本体聚合制备分子烙印聚合物,采用固相萃取等方法,以平衡吸附量为指标对其分子识别能力进行考察。结果分子烙印聚合物对甲磺酸伊马替尼有特异性吸附能力。结论本实验制备的分子烙印聚合物可以用于从天然产物识别分离甲磺酸伊马替尼类似物。
Objective To establish a method of using molecular imprinting technology to identify imatinib mesylate and its analogues. Methods The tyrosine kinase inhibitor imatinib mesylate was used as a template to prepare molecular imprinted polymer by bulk polymerization. The equilibrium adsorption capacity was used as an index to investigate its molecular recognition ability by solid-phase extraction. Results Molecularly imprinted polymer has specific adsorption capacity for imatinib mesylate. Conclusion The molecularly imprinted polymers prepared in this experiment can be used to identify imatinib mesylate analogs from natural product recognition.
