在国有企业推进现代企业制度的改革中 ,其面临的一项艰巨任务就是富余员工的分流 ,能否顺利分流冗员已成为国有企业改革的瓶颈。本文总结了泸天化 (集团 )有限责任公司成功实现富余员工分流目标的经验和做法 ,以期对其他企业有所借鉴。
In the process of promoting the reform of the modern enterprise system by state-owned enterprises, one of the most daunting tasks facing them is the diversion of surplus employees. The successful separation of redundant workers has become a bottleneck in the reform of state-owned enterprises. This paper summarizes the experiences and practices of Lutianhua (Group) Co., Ltd. in successfully achieving the goal of diversion of surplus employees with a view to learning from other enterprises.
