目的:探讨深圳市宝安区学龄前幼儿不同年龄段血铅含量。方法:采用BH2100型金属钨舟无焰原子吸收光谱分析仪及配套专用试剂,在无铅污染环境采集学龄前幼儿静脉血2 ml,按卫生部印发《血铅临床检验技术规范》严格操作。结果:①各年龄段学龄前健康幼儿血铅含量差异显著(P<0.001),有统计学意义。②男童与女童幼儿血铅含量比较,≤2岁、3岁、4岁、5岁、6岁、7岁、>7岁组间差异显著(P<0.01),有统计学意义。③1 514例健康学龄前幼儿中,血铅水平>100μg/L的有45例,占总数的2.97%,而在45例中血铅水平在200~249μg/L的有4例,血铅水平>250μg/L的有4例,占总例数0.26%。结论:低水平铅暴露学龄前幼儿不容忽视,超标的应立即得到驱铅治疗,应引起各级妇幼保健院的医务人员及政府相关部门的足够重视。
Objective: To explore the blood lead levels of preschool children in Bao’an District of Shenzhen City at different ages. Methods: BH2100 metal Tungsten boat flameless atomic absorption spectrometer and its special reagents were used to collect 2 ml of venous blood of preschool children in the environment of lead-free pollution and strictly operated according to the Technical Specification for Clinical Test of Blood Lead Issued by the Ministry of Health. Results ① There was significant difference in blood lead levels between preschool children of all ages (P <0.001), with statistical significance. (2) There was significant difference in blood lead levels between boys and girls (≤2 years old, 3 years old, 4 years old, 5 years old, 6 years old, 7 years old and> 7 years old) (P <0.01). ③ Of the 514 healthy preschool toddler children, 45 cases had a blood lead level of 100μg / L, accounting for 2.97% of the total, while 4 of 45 cases with a blood lead level of 200 ~ 249μg / L had a blood lead level> 4 cases of 250μg / L, accounting for 0.26% of the total number of cases. Conclusion: Pre-school children exposed to low levels of lead should not be overlooked. Excessive lead should be promptly treated with lead-removing therapy. Medical staff at all levels of MCH and relevant government departments should pay enough attention.
