本文对234例确诊的糖尿病者进行了详细的神经系统检查,其中140例还作了周围神经的感觉及运动传导速度测定。根据神经系统检查结果可诊断并发神经病变者123例(52.6%),加上神经传导测定结果升为158例(67.5%),发病率增加了14.9%。本组病例显示:并发神经病变与否和糖尿病发病年龄无关,但糖尿病病程在5年以上者并发神经病变比5年以下者为多。作者还提出了糖尿病性神经病变的早期诊断指标。
In this paper, 234 patients diagnosed with diabetes were examined in detail in the nervous system, of which 140 cases also made peripheral nerve sensory and motor conduction velocity measurement. According to the results of neurological examination, 123 cases (52.6%) were diagnosed as having neuropathy, and the result of neurological conduction was increased to 158 cases (67.5%), the incidence increased by 14.9%. This group of patients showed that: concurrent neuropathy or not and the age of onset of diabetes has nothing to do, but the duration of diabetes more than 5 years of patients with neuropathy more than 5 years. The authors also proposed early diagnostic indicators of diabetic neuropathy.
