近年来,在欧洲企业热衷议论“第三条道路”,寻求“效率超越”与“管理平衡”的最新经营管理策略,并成为欧洲企业管理创新的主要企业文化思潮。“第三条道路”即主张寻求国家干预与自由市场之间,投入与产出、生产与分配之间,责任与权利、社会与个人之间的平衡,并以此改造社会,改造人的意识。“第三条道路”对欧洲企业文化产生了巨大的冲击,对企业管理创新产生了五个方面的影响。
In recent years, enterprises in Europe are keen to talk about “the third way” and seek the latest management strategies of “efficiency beyond” and “management balance” and become the major corporate culture thoughts of European business management innovation. The “Third Way” advocates the search for a balance between state intervention and free market, between inputs and outputs, between production and distribution, between responsibilities and rights, and between society and individuals, in order to transform society and transform human consciousness . “The Third Way” has had a tremendous impact on European corporate culture and has had five impacts on corporate management innovation.
