随着公路交通量的迅速增加,对那些不能满足使用要求的既有隧道进行改扩建施工逐渐提上日程。但国内外进行的黄土公路隧道改扩建工程非常少,总体的施工技术还不太成熟。本文以棚头沟隧道洞身段改扩建施工为背景,结合国内外黄土隧道施工经验,对黄土公路隧道改扩建施工从超前支护、拆除原衬砌、扩挖及出渣、初期支护、仰拱、隧道防排水到最后施作二次衬砌等7个主要工序进行了详细介绍,研究确定了具体的超前支护方法、开挖方法、初期支护参数和二次衬砌参数及各工序的施工工艺,总结提出了黄土公路隧道改扩建施工的施工技术,为以后类似工程的施工提供一定的参考和借鉴意义。
