为进一步做好非典型肺炎防治工作,特别是做好农村非典型肺炎的预防和治疗工作,财政部、卫生部近日发出紧急通知,就农民(含进城务工农民,下同)和城镇困难群众“非典”患者救治费用的有关问题做出如下规定:一、各地要高度重视农村地区非典型肺炎的疫情情况,严密加强监控工作,发现疫情要及时采取有力措施进行控制,全力避免疫情扩散。各级医疗机构必须及时收治农村“非典”患者,绝不允许因费用问题延误农村“非典”患者的救治。二、对农民和城镇困难群众中的“非典”患者实行免费医疗救治,所发生的救治费用由救治地政府负担。其他“非典”患者救治费用按有关规定给予解决。中央财政对中西部困难地区政府负担救治费用,按规定给予补助。
