目的:探讨体外培养人阴道上皮细胞表达的Toll样受体2(TLR2)是否受白假丝酵母菌孢子的调节。方法:采用实时定量逆转录聚合酶链反应(qRT-PCR)检测热灭活白假丝酵母菌孢子处理12 h和24 h的体外培养的人阴道上皮细胞TLR2 mRNA的表达水平。结果:阴道上皮细胞表达的TLR2 mRNA水平在热灭活白假丝酵母菌孢子作用12 h和24 h时均明显高于无刺激的对照组(P<0.05)。结论:体外培养人阴道上皮细胞表达的TLR2 mRNA在白假丝酵母菌孢子作用12 h和24 h增加,人阴道上皮细胞在识别和启动防御白假丝酵母菌感染中TLR2可能起重要作用。
Objective: To investigate whether Toll-like receptor 2 (TLR2) expressed in human vaginal epithelial cells cultured in vitro is regulated by C. albicans spores. Methods: Real-time quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) was used to detect the expression of TLR2 mRNA in human vaginal epithelial cells incubated with heat-inactivated Candida albicans spores for 12 h and 24 h. Results: The level of TLR2 mRNA in vaginal epithelial cells was significantly higher than that in non-stimulated control group (P <0.05) at 12 h and 24 h after heat-inactivated Candida albicans spores. CONCLUSION: TLR2 mRNA expressed in human vaginal epithelial cells in vitro increases at 12 h and 24 h after Candida albicans spores, and human vaginal epithelial cells may play an important role in recognizing and initiating defense against Candida albicans infection.
