在将亚洲的社会保障进行比较时,“福利国家与社会主义市场经济”成为一个重要的视点。大体上看来,“福利国家”是由资本主义向社会主义的接近形态,相反,“社会主义市场经济”是社会主义向资本主义的接近形态,那么这两者带有怎样的共同点和不同点呢?另外,若基于这样的视点,日本与中国的社会保障以及经济体制,应该如何去比较呢?本论文对于上述主题,对于资源分配和所得再分配和基于在福利国家浮起的资产分配问题展开考察,旨在为对于包括日本、中国、韩国在内的亚洲诸国的社会保障比较研究提供一个视点。
When comparing social security in Asia, the “welfare state and the socialist market economy” have become an important point of view. In general, “welfare state ” is the approaching form of capitalism to socialism. On the contrary, “socialist market economy ” is a form of socialism approaching capitalism.
