会计委派制的目的在于根治会计信息的失真,但会计委派制只是一种治标的方法。要从根本上解决问题,有必要建立、健全企业内部控制制度,以保护企业资产安全完整,合理保证财务报告的可靠性,规范企业的行为,提高企业的经营效率。
The purpose of accounting appointments is to cure the distortion of accounting information, but accounting appointments are just a punitive method. To fundamentally solve the problem, it is necessary to establish and improve the internal control system of the enterprise so as to protect the integrity of the enterprise assets, reasonably ensure the reliability of financial reports, standardize the behavior of enterprises and enhance the operating efficiency of enterprises.
