10月7日至16日,我和县政府办公室的两名同志到临南镇刘双庙村蹲点,重点对基层组织建设和农业产业化情况进行了调查。刘双庙村有168户,717口人,耕地1985亩,1997年,全村人均纯收入2422元,比全县平均水平(1918元)多504元,经济状况在全县属上游。一、刘双庙村的经验 1993年,刘双庙村人均纯收入不足800元。处在全县平均水平。但从1994年开始,该村调整发展思路,全村经济迅猛发展,农民人均纯收入增长两倍多。刘双庙村能在短短几年的时间里发生如此大的变化,最根本的靠两条。 (一)有一个好班子。这个班子有以下几个突出
