本文综述了压电晶体生物传感器的最新研究进展。象酶,类脂物、抗体及抗原等生物物质已被用作专一性涂层,从而可以测定不同的物质。文中介绍了蛋白质涂层的制备方法及其应用,包括微量免疫测定、微生物测定、DNA 杂交、酶检测及气相生物传感器等内容。尽管压电免疫化学传感器使用方便,具有广阔的发展前景,但是到目前为止,人们对生物反应中与晶体频率测量相关的不同现象还缺乏足够的理解,有待进一步研究。
This review summarizes the latest research progress of piezoelectric crystal biosensors. Biomaterials such as enzymes, lipids, antibodies and antigens have been used as specific coatings to allow the determination of different substances. In this paper, the preparation and application of protein coating are described, including micro-immunoassay, microbiological assay, DNA hybridization, enzyme assay and gas phase biosensor. Although piezoelectric immunochemical sensors are easy to use and have broad prospects for development, so far, people have not enough understanding of the different phenomena related to the measurement of crystal frequency in biological reactions, which needs further study.
