随着医学知识的普及,乳腺癌有明显的家族聚集性,已为大多数人熟知。但是,“癌中之王”胰腺癌也有家族聚集性,许多人就不知道了。在临床上,根据遗传背景,胰腺癌可分为两种:一种是家族聚集性,一种是散发性。最近,有一位患者因CT发现胰体尾占位来我院就诊。在详细询问病史后,我们发现,患者有3个兄弟、3个姐妹,大哥患胰腺癌已经去世。考虑他们可能存在胰腺癌家族聚集性,我们建议他的兄弟姐妹做胰腺薄层CT检查。结果,他弟弟也发现胰体尾占位病变。后
With the popularity of medical knowledge, breast cancer has obvious familial aggregation, has been well-known to most people.
