目的应用阴道彩色多普勒(彩超)诊断异位妊娠的临床价值。方法对临床手术证实的48异位妊娠患者进行回声性的分析,对48例病例均进行了阴道彩超检查,对附件区包块行阴道声像图图像分析、CDFI显示血流显像脉冲多普勒(PW)频谱特征进行检测分析。结果异位妊娠的包块内部和周围可探查不规则彩色血流信号,PW取样为滋养层周围性血流频谱。结论经阴道彩超是一种有效的诊断异位妊娠的方法,它优于阴道及经腹部二维B超。
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of vaginal color Doppler echocardiography in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Methods Echocardiographic analysis was performed on 48 patients with ectopic pregnancy confirmed by clinical operation. Vaginal color Doppler ultrasound examination was performed in 48 cases. Vaginal ultrasonography was performed on the appendage mass. CDFI showed that Doppler flow imaging pulse Le (PW) spectral characteristics of the detection and analysis. Results Irregular color flow signals were probed inside and around the mass of ectopic pregnancy, and PW samples were taken as trophoblastic peripheral blood flow spectra. Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasound is an effective method for the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy, which is superior to vaginal and transabdominal two-dimensional B-mode ultrasound.
