国务院于2010年8月正式批复同意了《前海深港现代服务合作区总体发展规划》,未来将前海建设成为粤港现代服务业创新合作示范区被正式地确立。在这一背景下,作为粤港现代服务业合作的先行示范区,当前如何认识前海开发,善加利用前海发展规划的有利条件,加速港深服务业全方位合作、提升粤港合作水平与质量,积极探索合作的新途径,更好地实现港深双方的互惠互利,十分地必要。
In August 2010, the State Council formally approved and approved the “Overall Development Plan for the Shenzhen-Hong Kong-Shenzhen Modern Service Cooperation Zone”. In the future, it will be formally established that Qianhai will become the demonstration area for the innovation and cooperation in modern service industry in Guangdong and Hong Kong. Against this background, as a pioneering demonstration area for modern service industry in Guangdong and Hong Kong, how can we understand the favorable conditions for the development of Qianhai and make the best use of Qianhai’s development planning so as to speed up the all-round cooperation between Hong Kong and Shenzhen service industries and enhance the level of cooperation between Guangdong and Hong Kong? It is imperative to work with the quality, explore new ways of cooperation and realize the mutual benefits between Hong Kong and Shenzhen.
