使用双重对照钡剂灌肠或结肠镜诊断结肠新生性息肉,在临床上已日益普遍.本文作者测定了上述两种检查时的放射剂量并进行比较.患者与方法:全组患者154例,对其中35例行Welin改良式双重对照钡灌及5例在x线透视下行结肠镜检查的患者,在接受放射剂量最大的腹股沟韧带及骶骨处作了放射剂量测定.并测定了其系114例行结肠镜检患者接受x线透视的时间.根据已知透视时间及从上述5例作放射剂量测定患者中所得平均放射剂量,演算出该114例中每一受检者接受的放射剂量.本文所提的放射剂量均为表面剂量(皮肤剂量).结果:35例钡灌患者接受的平均放射量为387mSv(106~740msv),平均照射时间为7.4min(4~14min).5例作放射量测定的结肠镜检患者接受的平均放射量为6.4mSv(1~10.4msv).114例未作放射量测
