当前,旅游专业中职学校和高职院校培养的旅游人才在知识、技能和层次上有区别,中职学校培养的旅游人才在层次和深度上,与社会的需求不相匹配;而高职院校培养的旅游人才能弥补旅游中职学校在学生培养上存在的不足。因此,如何做好旅游专业中高职之间课程的有效衔接,为社会发展培养更多的旅游高技能人才,己成为我国职业教育健康发展中函待解决的一个问题。
At present, tourism professionals in vocational schools and vocational training of tourism professionals in the knowledge, skills and levels are different, secondary vocational schools in the development of tourism personnel at the level and depth, and the needs of society do not match; and vocational Tourists trained by colleges and universities can make up for the shortcomings of secondary vocational schools in the cultivation of students. Therefore, how to make the effective connection between the curricula of higher vocational education in tourism major and train more tourism highly skilled talents for social development has become a problem to be solved in the healthy development of vocational education in our country.
