一、雪青 该品种是由河南省扶沟县蔬菜研究所选育而成.表现高产、优质、抗寒、抗病、抗逆性强。 雪青韭菜品种株丛直立,生长迅速,分基力强,粗纤维少,味美辛辣,叶片绿色,叶宽1.5cm,最宽2.5cm,单株重 40g以上,株高 60cm,每年割韭 10-11茬,亩产8000kg左右。 雪青韭菜秋冬回秧晚,不怕严寒霜打,十二月仍可收割青韭,在大雪纷纷的冬天,温度在零下,植株不枯萎,仍为青株绿叶。春季发棵早,2月即可上市,比其它品种提前上市20天左右。该品种适应寒冷地区露地、保护地栽培。 二、寒青 该韭菜品种是由河南省扶沟县蔬菜研究所选育
