题记:浙江省在推进2009年至2011年深化医药卫生体制改革中,结合当地实际,积极探索、勇于创新,在实现阶段性目标的同时,围绕基层医疗卫生机构转型、充实基层卫生人才、调动卫技人员积极性、优化医疗卫生资源配置、控制公立医院医疗费用、扩大基本药物制度受惠面等方面,形成了诸多特色经验,本报特约记者会同浙江省医改办公室整理刊发医改十大亮点,以飨读者。
