农民工在为社会发展做出重要贡献的同时,自身也面临着素质低、技能差、合法权益受侵犯等诸多问题。因此,加强农民工教育与职业技能培训是农民工人力资本投资和积累的重要途径,是解决农民工问题的重要途径。通过构建和完善农民工教育和职业技能培训机制,对于提升农民工的劳动技能,增强农民工的职业适应性,增加农民工收入和提高就业竞争力,维护农民工合法权益具有极其重要的意义。
While migrant workers make important contributions to social development, they also face many problems, such as low quality, poor skills and violation of their lawful rights and interests. Therefore, strengthening migrant workers ’education and vocational skills training is an important way to invest and accumulate human capital of migrant workers and an important way to solve the migrant workers’ problems. By building and improving the training mechanism for migrant workers’ education and vocational skills, it is of great significance to improve the labor skills of migrant workers, enhance the occupational adaptability of migrant workers, increase the income of migrant workers, enhance the competitiveness of employment and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of migrant workers.
