本文针对公证法对社会稳定的作用研究,为了更好地发挥公证职能,介绍了公证制度对社会稳定的意义,探讨了公证制度及对社会问题的调节,主要包括公证制度的情况和公证制度的调节作用,在公证的调解中,介绍了公证制度对家庭财产矛盾的解决、公证制度对城市房屋拆迁的支持,最后提出了公证制度的对策与发展思路,主要是要引导当事人增强法律意识和要做好公证制度的宣传工作。这样才能有效提高公证的公信力,得到社会的认可与肯定。
