贪污贿赂,已成世纪顽症。它不仅吞噬难以数计的公共财富,也严重摧残着社会肌体,损伤民心,败坏世风,导致民众对一些公共机构及其公职人员失却信任,在一定程度上对国家政治生命构成威胁。因此,当今各国政府对于反腐倡廉不敢懈怠,纷纷颁布反贪律令,不断强化廉政措施。中国内地及香港人民都各自为遏制腐败行为作出了重大贡献。由于在不同国家和地区,贪污腐败行为既有相同之处,又有不同特点,与此相应,对付贪污腐败行为的手段与措施也不尽相同。本文仅就香港与内地在反贪工作形式方面的共性与各自的特点,试作简略辨析。
Corruption and bribery have become a chronic problem in the world. It not only engulfs the countless public wealth, but also seriously destroys the social body, damages people’s hearts and corrupts the world. As a result, the public lose trust in some public institutions and their public officials, which to a certain extent pose a threat to the political life of the country. Therefore, governments in various countries are not willing to slacken their fight against corruption and promote integrity. They have enacted anti-corruption laws and decrees and strengthened anti-corruption measures. Both the Mainland and Hong Kong people have made significant contributions to curbing corruption. Due to the similarities and different characteristics of corruption in different countries and regions, corresponding measures and measures to deal with corruption are not the same. This article simply analyzes the similarities and differences between Hong Kong and the Mainland in the form of anti-corruption work.
