托普台地区具有丰富的地质储量。近几年来,西北油田分公司不断加大该区块的勘探开发力度,在托普台地区布井数量不断增加;而该区块地质结构复杂,经常发生井漏,造成钻井周期延长,影响了正常的完井投产。井漏成为制约托普台区块钻井提速的瓶颈问题。为了提高钻井效率,加快勘探开发进度,提高托普台地区钻井工程质量,在此从托普台区块的地质特点及漏失机理入手,提出了针对该区块的堵漏措施,并成功运用于现场施工,为工区钻井提速、快速上产提供保障。
Topcon region has a wealth of geological reserves. In recent years, Northwest Oilfield Branch continued to increase exploration and development efforts in the block, increasing the number of wells in the Topup area; and the geological structure of the block is complicated and frequent leakage occurs, resulting in prolonged drilling cycles, affecting Normal well completion. Lost circulation has become a bottleneck restricting the speed of Topo block drilling. In order to improve the drilling efficiency, speed up the exploration and development progress and improve the drilling engineering quality in Topcon region, this paper puts forward the measures of plugging for this block based on the geological characteristics and mechanism of leakage in Topodai block, and has successfully applied it to Construction site, drilling speed for the work area, rapid production to provide protection.
