目的:通过胶原蛋白和肾上腺素诱导的小鼠体内血栓模型和大鼠结扎下腔静脉血栓模型,考察通塞脉微丸胶囊对动物体内血栓形成的影响。方法:小鼠尾静脉注射胶原蛋白-肾上腺素混和液,造成体内血栓模型,给药观察小鼠5分钟内死亡率;大鼠结扎下腔静脉造成血栓模型,给药后观察血栓的长度和干、湿重。结果:通塞脉微丸能降低尾静脉注射胶原-肾上腺素5分钟内小鼠死亡率;对结扎损伤管壁造成的下腔静脉血栓的重量和长度都有明显减少作用。结论:通塞脉微丸可能是通过抑制血小板聚集或提高纤溶系统活性发挥抑制体内血栓形成的作用的。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of Tongsaimai Capsules on thrombosis in animals by using collagen and epinephrine-induced thrombosis in mice and ligation of inferior vena cava in rats. METHODS: Mice tail vein was injected with collagen-adrenergic mixture to induce thrombosis in vivo. Mortality was observed within 5 minutes after administration. The thrombosis model was induced by ligation of the inferior vena cava in rats. The length and dryness of the thrombus were observed after administration. ,Ww. RESULTS: Tongsaimai pellets could reduce the mortality rate of mice injected with collagen-adrenaline in tail vein within 5 minutes. The weight and length of inferior vena cava thrombosis caused by ligation of damaged wall were significantly reduced. Conclusion: Tongsaimai pellets may play a role in inhibiting thrombosis in vivo by inhibiting platelet aggregation or increasing fibrinolysis system activity.
