患者 32岁 ,孕 2产 1,孕 2 6周 ,自觉胎动消失 2天 ,无腹痛 ,于 1998年 4月 12日入院。既往无肝炎、结核病史 ,无手术及药物过敏史。 1998年 4月 10日晚 ,自觉胎动消失 ,无恶心呕吐 ,无发热。B超检查提示 ,宫内妊娠符合孕2 6周 ,死胎。查体 :一般状态良好 ,T 36 4℃ ,P 80 /mi
Patients 32 years old, 2 pregnant 1, pregnant 2 6 weeks, conscious fetal movement disappeared 2 days, no abdominal pain, on April 12, 1998 admission.
