白××,男,48岁,于1990年4月2日早晨起床时发现左眼视物不清,约两小时后失明。先后到乡、县、地区医院就诊,检查均按眼疾处理。经一个月的治疗(用药不详),视力未见恢复,于5月2日到河南医科大学一附院就诊,经头颅 CT 扫描检查,诊断为右枕叶脑梗塞,经用维脑路通、烟酸、三磷酸腺苷、维生素等药物治疗后,未见好转。8月22日来我院,要求用抗栓酶Ⅲ号及量子血治疗。
White XX, male, 48 years old, found his left eye blurred when he got up on the morning of 2 April 1990, blind after about two hours. Has to the township, county, district hospital for treatment, inspection by eye disease treatment. After a month of treatment (medication unknown), no recovery of visual acuity, to the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan Medical University on May 2 treatment, the head CT scan to diagnose the right occipital lobe cerebral infarction by Viagra Venoruton, Niacin, adenosine triphosphate, vitamins and other drug treatment, no improvement. August 22 to our hospital, requiring antithrombotic enzyme III and quantum blood treatment.
