我校是一所集职业教育和义务教育为一体的新型的特殊教育学校,也是目前本市唯一的一所寄宿制初等职业技术学校,主要招收本区难以完成初中学业的随班就读的轻度智障学生及学习障碍学生。学校坚持以“学做人、学文化、学技能”为培养目标,非常注重学生行为规范的养成教育,努力为学生今后走上社会,适应社会、自食其力服务。一、调查目的我们发现在学校反复抓、抓反复的行为范训练中,教师付出多而收效甚微。我们意识到一方面是学生接受能力弱导致行为规范养成教育效果差,另一方面家庭教育对其行为规范
