东港实业有限公司是由香港喜多来有限公司、山东浪潮集团和历城区经委于1985年共同兴办的中外合资企业。1986年正式投产,主要生产无碳复写纸和热感记录纸等现代办公自动高档用纸。最初,公司总投资仅20万美元,港资占25%。投产后,职工由25人发展到420人,累计上缴各种税金1800多万元,利润880多万元。为使公司得到进一步发展,外方主动将投资追加为108万美元,其投资比例上升为60%。目前,东港公司已发展成为年产值4000万元、创利税600万元、出口创汇100万美元的中型合资企业。
Donggang Industrial Co., Ltd. is a Sino-foreign joint venture jointly established by Hong Kong Xiduolai Co., Ltd., Shandong Langchao Group and Licheng District Economic Committee in 1985. Formally put into production in 1986, the main production of carbonless paper and thermal recording paper and other modern office automatic high-grade paper. Initially, the company’s total investment was only 200,000 US dollars, Hong Kong capital accounted for 25%. After production, the number of employees increased from 25 to 420, and a total of more than 18 million yuan in taxes was paid and more than 8.8 million yuan in profits. In order to further develop the company, the foreign party actively increased its investment to US$1.08 million, and its investment ratio increased to 60%. At present, Donggang has developed into a medium-sized joint venture with an annual output value of 40 million yuan, a profit-making tax of 6 million yuan, and an export value of 1 million US dollars.
