为了研究废旧橡胶粉和SBS复合改性沥青的储存稳定性,本试验采用2.0%的线性SBS(YH-791)与废旧轮胎胶粉进行复合改性,测试比较了复合改性橡胶沥青的主要指标,并将其放置于160℃、170℃、180℃烘箱中,隔2、5、10、20、30、40、50h取样,检测SBS复合改性橡胶沥青的相关指标,持续观测50h。结果表明,随着储存时间及温度的增大,SBS复合改性橡胶沥青的针入度及延度呈增大趋势,且温度越高增长趋势越明显;而软化点和180℃旋转粘度则呈先增大后减小的趋势,且温度越高,增大和减小的速率越快。
In order to study the storage stability of waste rubber powder and SBS composite modified asphalt, 2.0% linear SBS (YH-791) and waste tire powder were used for composite modification. The main indexes of composite modified rubber asphalt , And placed in 160 ℃, 170 ℃, 180 ℃ oven, sampling every 2, 5, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50h to detect the relevant indexes of SBS compound modified rubber asphalt for 50h.
